1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (consumable tea items), we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used. Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product is delivered
- Package is tampered or leaking
2. Return Request Time
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with order details and clear product photos.
3. Refund Policy
If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened tea packages
- Used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (if available)
- Clear product photos
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
